Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your project description. The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you across pages.

Like any website, the hosting server technically logs IP addresses and browser type for security and operation.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To reply and prepare an assessment or quote: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To keep the site secure: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.

Who receives the data

• Web3Forms, the service that delivers form messages to our email address.
• Vercel Inc., our hosting provider.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep data for the duration of the engagement and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email office@seonid.ro. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
